Missing the boat

This is the most beautiful autopsy I have ever seen.

For days now I have been crossing this meme but every time the nearest book has been a manual on coding or sexual positions so I opted not to share. Apparently an autopsy such as this also confers immunity as I no longer have a desire to share with you my 23rd page 5th sentence.
