Thanks and FYI

xian,

thanks for the tutorial. sorry i came across like not knowing how to use the system but i actually set up the post to draft and it still published. for that matter, i'm going to use the editorial blog for my drafts.

BTW, do you have (or want to have) a time table for re-design?

UPDATE:
holly effing shit! i almost died of a heart attack when i checked my post. i thought i had posted it to RFB. jesus!

UPDATE REDUX:

1.

By QuickPost, you guys are talking about the TypePad bookmarklet? I didn't realize it could post to MT blogs as well?

I mean to say here the MT Quickpost / bookmarklet.

2. I vote for opening up the commentaries to all posts so that, when responding, we keep the context.

3. on that vein, what about categories? so that we can organize tasks and keep a better inventory of what is done, etc.

re tutorial. sorry i came across like not knowing how to use the system...

hope i wasn't patronizing. i know you're an MT maven - just wasn't sure what part of the system you were used to using and what your expectations were, also Rayne is new to MT, so I saw no harm in recapping some basics.

but i actually set up the post to draft and it still published. for that matter, i'm going to use the editorial blog for my drafts.

that's strange - definitely disconcerting. seems ok, to use this blog for drafts if that helps.

BTW, do you have (or want to have) a time table for re-design?

not really. i don't like deadlines when there's no $$ involved, except to make sure that things don't never happen. let's work with our free time and keep track of progress.

UPDATE:
holly effing shit! i almost died of a heart attack when i checked my post. i thought i had posted it to RFB. jesus!

I was thinking I could de-couple the design of this one from RFB and we could prototype new designs over here (maybe).

I vote for opening up the commentaries to all posts so that, when responding, we keep the context.

Done.

on that vein, what about categories? so that we can organize tasks and keep a better inventory of what is done, etc.

Feel free. Anyone can make or modify categories on this blog, and we can add a category list to the sidebar no problem.
